BY USING OUR SERVICES YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS.

Confidentiality:

YouSanctuary respects the privacy of its clients and maintains confidentiality of personal information. Client records and information are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized personnel.

Appointment and Cancellation:

Appointments can be scheduled by phone 01527 962241, email yousanctuary@healthresults.com, via DM on our social media accounts, in person, or through our online booking system via our website. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payments:

You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.

Payment is taken in full at the time of treatment. We only accept credit debit cards.

Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

Treatment Results:

Your practitioner will discuss treatment expectations at your consultation and will strive to achieve the best result or you. Individual results may vary based on various factors, and YouSanctuary does not guarantee specific outcomes. Consultations with our professionals can provide information about potential results.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of YouSanctuary management. Refunds may be granted it we determine that the treatment was not performed in accordance with our professional standards.

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service which is inclusive of:

  • consultation and assessment
  • provision of information and advice
  • safe treatment with evidence based products
  • follow-up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate.


The Clinic does not guarantee specific results, and individual responses to treatment may vary Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the results of a treatment.

Health and Medical Conditions:

Clients are responsible for informing us of any health or medical conditions that may affect their treatments. YouSanctuary reserves the right to refuse service based on health considerations.

Consent for Treatment:

Clients must provide informed consent for any treatments or procedures. YouSanctuary will explain the nature and potential risks of treatments before they are performed.

Adverse Reactions:

In the event of an adverse reaction to a treatment, clients are encouraged to contact YouSanctuary immediately.

Feedback:

We wish for every patient to have a 5-star treatment and experience every time you visit us.

Any feedback is appreciated, both positive and negative, and is used to continually improve the quality of our service.

You may submit feedback verbally, via email yousanctuary@healthresults.com, via the post treatment feedback survey, via social media reviews, and via the clinic website.

Complaints:

Should you ever be dissatisfied with any aspect of the service or treatment you have received, please discuss this directly with your practitioner in the first instance. Should you not feel comfortable doing this or do not feel this has rectified your complaint, you can make a formal complaint in writing by emailing kim.heighway@healthresults as soon as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and arrange an appropriate time to contact you to discuss your complaint further.

Code of Conduct:

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. YouSanctuary reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour.


By using the services of YouSanctuary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. YouSanctuary reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the YouSanctuary website.
